Illegal characters in item linked files

Addressed an issue where job processor errors occurred due to illegal characters in file names. Titles are no longer used as identifiers; numeric IDs are now used instead.

File naming issue in model states export

Resolved an issue where the model state was appended twice in file names if "filename" was used as a placeholder.

Example before the fix:
<FileName>_Rev[Revision]_[Description].[Extension] → Prima-ry_ModelStates_RevA_123456.ipt.stp.

Corrected behavior for keeping previous versions

Fixed a problem where previous versions were not retained correctly during the second revision.
