The Sovelia product portfolio includes some great solutions for the Industrial equipment manufacturers, among other industries. But how can you choose the best solution for your company and drive change if you’re not fully aware where the challenges are and what is driving people for change?

Recently I was reminded about the importance of companies knowing and accepting that there are challenges in the first place, and the need for change in the business before finding a technology that fixes “something”.

In general, I’ve had the impression that companies are fully aware and have already understood and identified the issues they have before reaching out for a suitable technology, product, or solution to address those issues. But as I was discussing with a customer recently, it became clear that being a partner to companies and support them to identify the right solutions and change needs is critical for us as a technolygy and service provider.

Before we at Symetri can begin to offer a solution, it is our responsibility to always collaborate and try to find the best option for a specific company and their business goals, and always communicate what challenges a solution we recommend will solve.

I’ve always thought Symetri holds the position as trusted advisor to many of our customers. It is in that capacity that we must inform you, the customer of the pains and demonstrate the solution - only then can the solution we offer have true value to our customers.
