Recently I was reminded about the importance of companies knowing and accepting that there are challenges in the first place, and the need for change in the business before finding a technology that fixes “something”.
In general, I’ve had the impression that companies are fully aware and have already understood and identified the issues they have before reaching out for a suitable technology, product, or solution to address those issues. But as I was discussing with a customer recently, it became clear that being a partner to companies and support them to identify the right solutions and change needs is critical for us as a technolygy and service provider.
Before we at Symetri can begin to offer a solution, it is our responsibility to always collaborate and try to find the best option for a specific company and their business goals, and always communicate what challenges a solution we recommend will solve.
